CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)

We are offering a Meat CSA now and it's our version of a CSA.  It's a are pay-as-you-go plan and here are the details:

Meat:  We offer either a 10 lb or 20 lb box of meat.  The boxes contain a combination of beef, lamb and pork and are 30% prime cuts (steaks and chops) and 70% ground, braises and stewing cuts.  All meat is USDA processed.

10 lb box     $80  (represents a 33% savings to you)
20 lb box   $150  (represents a 37% savings to you)
